Limited Warranty and Zirconia Lifetime Warranty

Crownify warrants that all dental devices are manufactured in accordance with your specifications and approval. Zirconia restorations are covered by a lifetime warranty for the original patient. Other restorations, such as porcelain-to-metal and metal-free restorations, are warrantied for up to 7 years. Dentures, partials, and removable appliances are covered for up to 1 year, with specific exceptions (e.g., flexible partials and splints).

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and covers defects in materials or workmanship. Devices must be returned for repair or remake under these terms. Warranties may be void if prescribed protocols, such as verification procedures, are not followed.

Crownify disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from device use and limits the duration of implied warranties to 90 days, where permitted by law. Any disputes related to this warranty will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Florida state law.
